An animated hero, longer boss fights and the Equipment screen

Idle Forge 1.4.0 is the release the 1.4.0 preview described: a hero who wears what you forge, boss fights that last, and a screen that shows what your hero has equipped.

A hero who wears your gear

The hero is animated, and Common, Uncommon and Rare equipment visibly changes how he looks. Two animated enemies joined him, one of them a powerful new boss.

Longer boss fights

Boss battles last longer: both the hero and the boss have more health during the fight.

The Equipment screen

A new Equipment screen shows an animated hero preview, the equipped gear slots and detailed combat stats. The Equipment Compare and Forge Upgrade screens were improved alongside it.

Forging feedback and optional store offers

Forging gained rarity effects, sounds and haptic feedback, early progression states its unlock requirements more clearly, and support for optional in-app purchases was added.
